Office Tower
The hybrid tower represents an urban insertion in the historical center of Bucharest. The challenge was to create a new landmark while respecting the local regulations for protected areas. The tower is situated in the vicinity of the most circulated artery in the Romanian capital, which is converted into a vibrant pedestrian street during the early spring weekends until late fall. The plan layout is therefore designed to adapt to the outer context and be an inviting space for pedestrians during the 'open streets' festivals. The functions complement the existing businesses in the area and range from commercial areas, cafeterias, and restaurants, including a roof-top fine dining restaurant and sky bar, conference spaces, exhibition galleries, co-working spaces, and office areas.
