What I did
I shaped the app’s user experience through comprehensive user research, desk research, and user testing. By diving deep into user needs and behaviors, I gathered valuable insights that helped inform key design decisions. My research laid the groundwork for the UX design, focusing on refining the sign-up and onboarding process to create a seamless, user-friendly experience.
Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with stakeholders to ensure that every touchpoint—whether for booking online or clinic-based physiotherapy—was intuitive and efficient and aligned with their business goals. By conducting iterative user testing, I identified pain points and optimized the app to meet the expectations of a diverse user base.
