Koppel is an e-commerce business dedicated to offering high-quality, ethically sourced electronic devices. It distinguishes itself in the market through its commitment to responsible sourcing and reducing its environmental footprint by reevaluating every aspect of its operations.

Our mission was to revamp Koppel’s brand identity to reflect its core values and strengthen its market position, crafting a unified visual identity and cohesive brand strategy that integrated both Koppel and its sub-brand, Qualtec. A key part of this transformation involved introducing a new value proposition focused on [r]e-commerce, allowing the resale of resealed and preloved but still functional products.

What I did I was responsible for redesigning a new [r]e-commerce website to align with our proposed brand strategy. The objective was to enhance user experience and uphold brand consistency. Furthermore, I managed the entire project from the initial concept development to the final delivery, ensuring that all design elements and functionalities matched the client’s vision and new business goals. Additionally, I handled communication with the client throughout the process, ensuring constant dialogue and the incorporation of their feedback.
